Nature of Digital Products
All products sold by Hervital — including The Calm Her Code™ 21-Day Cortisol Reset, the Hormone Reset Workbook, the Cortisol Symptom Tracker, the Sleep Protocol Kit, the C.A.L.M. Quick Reference Card, and the C.A.L.M. Card Deck™ — are digital products delivered electronically. No physical items are shipped. Upon completing your purchase, you receive immediate access to download your files in PDF format.
Because digital files are delivered instantly and cannot be returned once accessed, our refund policy is based on a satisfaction guarantee rather than a traditional return process.
Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you have genuinely followed the protocols described in The Calm Her Code™ and have not experienced any measurable improvement in your sleep, energy, or overall wellbeing within 30 days of your purchase date, you are eligible for a full refund.
To request a refund, please contact us at contact@hervital.shop within 30 days of your purchase date. Include your order number and a brief description of your experience with the product. We will process your refund within 5 to 10 business days to your original payment method.
We do not require you to delete the files from your device to receive a refund.
Situations Eligible for a Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund if you contact us within 30 days of purchase and any of the following apply: you followed the recommended protocols for a minimum of 14 days and experienced no improvement in the indicators measured by the Cortisol Symptom Tracker; you were unable to open or access your downloaded files after purchase and our support team was unable to resolve the technical issue; you were charged more than once for the same order due to a payment processing error.
Situations Not Eligible for a Refund
The following situations are not eligible for a refund: requests made more than 30 days after the original purchase date; purchases where the customer acknowledges having read the product description and FAQ prior to purchase and the product delivered matches that description; requests based solely on a change of mind after download without having attempted the protocol; duplicate refund requests for the same order.
Download Issues
If you experience any difficulty accessing or downloading your files after purchase, please contact us at contact@hervital.shop before requesting a refund. We will resend your download links within 24 hours. Technical issues are not a basis for a permanent refund if we are able to successfully deliver the files to you.
How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing time is 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We are not responsible for delays caused by your financial institution. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been approved and processed.
No Exchanges
Because our products are digital files, we do not offer exchanges. If you have purchased the wrong product, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
